Making a Difference by Volunteering

Whether it’s helping maintain the hedgerows, footpaths and trees or clearing the overgrown brambles, nettles and  Himalayan Balsam; or volunteering to keep the Primrose Nature Reserve clean of plastic and litter. We heartily say a big “Thank You“ to our dedicated volunteers who turn up and spend their time making a difference to our treasured community space.

Working in partnership with The Ribble Rivers Trust, our recent tasks included clearing out some large debris items from the brook that had washed down and sanding, repairing and varnishing the broken rail on the bridge.
